We at A. Del Valle Vacation Rentals would like to thank you for letting us help you book your vacation rental. The purpose of this notice is to provide you with some useful information and to help answer questions that may come up, prior to your vacation.
To reserve any home, full or partial payment of the rental amount is due upon booking by check or money order made payable to A. Del Valle Vacation Rentals PO Box 450, Vineyard Haven, MA. 02568. A. Del Valle Vacation Rentals, will prepare and send you an agreement (Lease); all terms and conditions regarding the rental of this property; including, instructions for payment of the Rental Balance (if any) and the Security Deposit will be outlined in the agreement and, shall constitute the contractual obligations of the parties.

SECOND PAYMENT Don't forget about sending your security deposit directly to the Landlord. All future payments including the Security Deposit are to be made payable directly to the LANDLORD. Please check your lease for the specific due date of these payments and the Landlord's mailing address.

DIRECTIONS For all questions regarding, directions, keys, access, check-in, telephone number, bed sizes, linens and specifics of the house, you should be in direct communication with the owner of the home You will find the Landlord's telephone number on your lease.

BRING A COPY OF YOUR LEASE It's a good idea to have it on you. You will need a copy of your lease to obtain a beach pass if you are renting in West Tisbury, Gay Head or Chillmark.
WHAT IF SOMETHING?S BROKEN WHEN WE CHECK IN? - Please call the homeowner immediately if there is anything broken or not functioning properly when you arrive at your rental home.

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED With many homes linens (sheets, pillow cases, and towels) are not provided so please check with the homeowner. You may bring your own or Takemmy Linen service will drop off and pick up at the beginning and end of your stay. See them on the web at www.takemmycleaners.com
